Flex Fitness male only bootcamp is a 10 week block which is based on circuit styled classes designed to physically challenge your strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance and much more!
Often working in pairs or teams it also allows a fun element to the training and also brings out that winning mentality in everyone which makes the classes so much more enjoyable!
This 10 week transformation is for any and all types of fitness whether you are a beginner or advanced.
